Ease Into Splits

 

Do you have a goal, a wish, a desire to get into the splits? 

 

Learning to do the splits can be quite the challenge when you feel like your not flexible. But flexibility is only part of the equation. Whether you want to get to your splits for dance, ballet, gymnastics, cheerleading, martial arts, your own Yoga, Pilates, or PiYo practice or just to fulfill a bucket list item, this 4 week daily class may just help you achieve your goal.

 

This class is for all ages that want to try and achieve this goal. 

 

Classes run 4 or 6 weeks for 30min 5 days a week.  We will help you build a routine and learn to focus your stretches into effectively attaining your splits.

Couples PiYo

 

Date night is calling. Come and enjoy a peaceful night together with your partner. Learning gentle poses with your partner and helping each other expand and lengthen to find a deeper connection not just with your partner but within yourself as well. 

This 50min class looks at posture, core work, and balance; Utilizing your partners for support and guidance.  This class is for the experienced yogi and for the beginner and no previous Yoga or Pilates knowledge is needed. 

 

Couples PiYo is once a month on Fridays or Saturdays. Please check the Calendar for upcoming class.

Beginners Course

Beginners PiYo is a great place begin and a great place to expand. This 6 week class will get you ready for all of the other classes. Teaching you proper breathing techniques and how to hold your body and be aware of how your body and mind can work together to deepen your workout.

New students should arrive at least 15 minutes before the first class to fill out a New Student Form and discuss any health or injury concerns with the instructor. You are required to register for this 6 week class.

Wear lightweight, layered, comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. You will build a sweat! Bring water and a towel. We do provide yoga mats for your use, but it is recommended to have your own mat. Yoga is practiced in bare feet. Yoga socks are welcome with proper bottoms.

Chair PiYo 

 

Can’t get up as easily as you like? Feel unbalanced, or leery about standing for too long? Let this 30 to 40 min class help loosen and open your mind and body from the comfort and security of a chair.

This class is available in studio or at your own home. Please contact Kristen to set up your course. Courses run 4 or 6 weeks once or twice a week based on preference. Relax and Refresh your body so you can move more freely and gain added mobility for everyday life.
