PiYo Stretch 

PiYo Stretch is a low impact class that is perfect to begin your PiYoga practice or just get the kinks out from a long day. In this class you will learn the importance of Posture and Breathing and the meaning of Stretch. By teaching the proper breathing techniques and how to hold your body you will begin to be aware of how your body and mind can work together to deepen your workout.

 

New students should arrive at least 15 minutes before class to fill out a New Student Form and discuss any health or injury concerns with the instructor. You are required to register for all classes as space is limited.

 

Wear lightweight, layered, comfortable clothing that does not restrict movement. You could build a sweat! Bring water and a towel. We do provide yoga mats for your use, but it is recommended to have your own mat. PiYoga is practiced in bare feet. Yoga socks are welcome with proper bottoms.
